I love Blair’s outfit here on Gossip Girls’ “It Girl Happened One Night” episode (Season 4, Episode 15). Instead of pairing it with a skirt (as she typically does) or a dress, she has a stunning gold blazer, muted cream printed floral top, great gold necklace and skinny olive pants paired with red platforms. Love it!
