The tough spring shoe is still alive in Gucci. They have quite a few strong sandals for summer – the Sigrid with its metal hardware and the Helena boot featured below, which is actually an open toe platform “boodal” (boot-sandal). Okay I just made that up. Anyways I love this boot – what a signature piece on its own. Too bad it’s about $1800.
