Okay so we all saw this Black Halo cutout dress on Audrina Patridge from The Hills and a multitude of other stars over the past year. Typically the bottom was black while the top had 2 different colours. When I first saw this one in all black – I didn’t think it was going to be anything special. However, seeing it on Ireland Baldwin made me take a second look. For a LBD it’s pretty hot.
