Forever 21 has decided to put out a Circus-inspired line of clothing and it’s now available online. Some of the outfits are cute (as seen below). However if you click on the pictures you and see the links you will find that they are often not made up of what they look like. A few are actually 2 dresses (one over the other) instead of a dress over a top, which really isn’t practical. Overall it’s a cute set of looks, slightly reminiscent of Marc by Marc Jacobs but you may not be able to exactly replicate for purposes of practicality.
